Job Specification:

For our rapidly growing team in Poland, VRP Consulting is looking for an ambitious and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. As part of the implementation team, you will manage product development and delivery of Salesforce-based technology solutions. Our consultants are very client-facing, involved from pre-sales through to delivery. Our consultants are focused on discovery and design, retaining oversight on the build phases conducted by our delivery hubs and ensuring solutions meet client requirements against agreed acceptance criteria and project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing integrations between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
• Provide ongoing support with Administrator functions across multiple Business Units
• Build Marketing Cloud Journeys across all channels and complex SQL queries
• Develop and create responsive and personalized content using Marketing Cloud Programmatic Languages
• Configure Artificial Intelligence to reach out to the right customer at exactly the right time and using the right communication channel
• Execute upon Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and demonstrations
• Facilitate communication and interact with cross-functional teams and various management levels within VRP Consulting and presenting to high-level client audience
• Active participation in various technical meetings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Proven experience developing in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio
• Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios
• Develop responsive email templates and web pages with extensive knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, and CSS
• Competency in SQL, JavaScript
• Experience in Marketing Cloud connector setup and integration with external systems
• Experience implementing automated marketing solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Account (ex. Pardot)
• A good work ethic, ready to absorb best practices from the team
• Ability to interpret technical specifications
