As Commerce Tech’s Business Services & Automation team, we work hand in hand hand in hand with the business, we make sure we achieve ambitious business goals. We design and implement processes that impact hundreds of thousands of Allegro sellers and customers and support our company’s most important KPIs. We have Allegro platform engineers, Salesforce engineers, product managers, analysts and administrators.

We are present at every stage of the Seller lifecycle, from the lead phase to the development of the largest accounts. We take care of automation and scalability of our solutions.

We have over 2 thousand internal users, dozens of integrations and millions of ideas for further development of Allegro based on our products!

What will your job be about?

  • You will handle user requests and take care of their SLA
  • You will take care of failure handling and incident resolution support
  • You will monitor, optimize and improve existing processes
  • You will take care of Salesforce configuration
  • You’ll take care of analyzing problems and recommending solutions
  • You’ll take care of testing the solutions introduced by the team
  • Prepare and maintain documentation
  • Take part in numerous projects in order to adapt solutions to the needs and requirements of our customers
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal development team using agile software development methods
  • Ensure good communication with internal stakeholders and that they always get the support they need
  • You will Identify Salesforce support needs, translate them into solutions and oversee their implementation with measurement of results

The offer is addressed to people who:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in Salesforce system support
  • Have a minimum of basic knowledge of databases (writing SQL queries), networking, scripting
  • Understand how to integrate modern IT systems
  • Be able to work independently and effectively with business customers
  • Like to work in a team and have above average communication skills
  • They take responsibility for their work, are detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Have initiative and dynamism in their work, are able to prioritize tasks
  • Have a good command of English
